Abstract Proximal sensing is being integrated into vineyard management as it provides rapid assessments of spatial variability soils’ and plants’ features. The electromagnetic induction (EMI) technology used to measure soil apparent electrical conductivity (EC a ) with proximal enables appraise characteristics their possible effects on plant physiological responses. This study was conducted in micro irrigated Cabernet Sauvignon ( Vitis vinifera L.) investigate the technical feasibility appraising water status its using EC must carbon isotope ratio analysis (? 13 C).
